LASSIE & CHIPS ..... Thank the lord my eating challenge took place in Beijing and not Vietnam, as much as the Yak intestines were a bit hard to swallow I think the delicacy around here would have left me reaching for a bucket. I knew dog was on the menu in Vietnam but today was the first time that I actually saw a cooked one for sale in the market. Suffice to say I didn't partake in a woof woof burger!
